On June 3rd, Vote No on Prop 98

Say No to The Landlords' Scheme!

Wealthy landlords spent millions to get Prop. 98 on the ballot to eliminate rent control and other important renter protections like the fair return of deposits. 98 could also stop future water projects, destroy local land-use planning, erode environmental protections and lead to higher taxpayer costs.

CPF Says
CPF SAYS...

“Prop. 98 would hurt the supply of affordable housing needed to keep firefighters and paramedics in our communities where they can more easily respond to emergencies.  The measure also has provisions that will make it difficult for public safety professionals to protect our communities and the public.”

California Professional Firefighters

I have been here ten years and I love this community. I don’t want to see anything happen to the people who live here. The abusive strong-arm tactics of the park owner and manager have created a great deal of stress and anxiety that has taken a toll on the health and well-being of myself and others.
